International Case Manager (m/w/d)

Wiener Privatklinik (WPK), one of Europe’s leading private hospitals, is expanding its international presence in Bucharest. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a proactive and service-driven International Case Manager to support primarily Romanian, as well as other international patients throughout their entire treatment journey – from first inquiry to a safe return home after treatment in Vienna.

Your role

As an International Case Manager, you will be a key contact person for our international patients.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and guide international patients from first contact to discharge
• Review and summarize medical documentation and match patients with appropriate specialists
• Organize consultations, diagnostics, and treatment plans in close cooperation with medical teams
• Prepare cost estimates, follow up on advance payments, and support insurance-related questions
• Assist with appointments, travel, accommodation, and administrative matters
• Maintain accurate case data in the CRM system and ensure smooth internal handovers
• Explain medical and administrative information clearly to patients and families

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field
• Initial experience in case management, international patient services, or healthcare coordination
• Strong organizational skills and a pronounced service mindset
• Fluency in Romanian, English, and German (spoken and written)
• Confident user of MS Office and CRM systems
• Independent, solution-oriented, culturally sensitive, and discreet
