Software Sales Manager (Remote) (m/w/d)

A dynamic, international team of 100 tech-savvy professionals working across Stockholm, Augsburg and Zurich and other locations – with over 20 years of success behind us.

Your impact:

As our Sales Manager in DACH area, you'll own the full sales cycle of our Audit Software Solution - from the first conversation to contract signing. Your responsibilities will mainly include the consultative sales process, helping clients understand and implement complex software solutions:

  • Own the full sales cycle: From prospecting and qualification to discovery calls, product demos, proposals, and closing deals.
  • Play in the Team: Bring a team-first mindset and work seamlessly with your sales colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Build strategic relationships: Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers across multiple industries.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Sales Development, Consulting, and Key Account Management to ensure alignment and maximize pipeline growth.
  • Deliver results: Accurately forecast and report sales performance using CRM tools and continuously work to exceed targets.
  • Be a trusted advisor: Understand customer challenges and tailor solutions to meet their unique needs.

Your profile:

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in the software or SaaS industry
  • ln-depth understanding of the DACH market and its cultural buying behaviors
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills, ability to see the big picture
  • Creative and highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
