Account Executive (DACH) (m/w/d)

An international team of 90 technology-savvy people at six locations with more than 20 years of success. Our headquarters are located directly in the city center of Augsburg, Stockholm and Zurich.

Your impact:

  • You manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, product demos, proposal handling, and contract negotiations
  • You build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across various industries
  • You collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and KAM to ensure alignment and drive pipeline growth
  • You accurately forecast and report sales performance using CRM systems
  • You act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and aligning solutions accordingly
  • You bring ideas to a growing company and actively participate in shaping it

Your profile:

  • 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales, ideally in the software/SaaS space 
  • Understanding of the DACH market and cultural buying dynamics 
  • Fluent in German and English 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills 
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
