Your impact:

  • 2nd Level IT Support and processing of bugs for a SaaS within the Aunetic Group
  • You develop an understanding of complex software solutions and the processes behind it
  • You serve many international customers of various sizes, mainly working with their key users
  • Collaboration in an international team
  • You will be responsible for optimizing service management procedures such as standards for processes, monitoring, knowledge database and escalation management.
  • You bring ideas to a growing company and actively participate in shaping it.

Your profile:

  • You have a deep understanding of IT processes
  • You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration, computer sciences, software development, information systems or similar
  • You can read and understand log files and have a basic knowledge of CRON Job, SQL and SSO
  • You have a broad knowledge in dealing with customers and managing customer requests
  • You enjoy customer contact and have a strong ability communicating and collaborating in English and German
