You have recently lived in the UK for an extended period of time and understand how the Brits tick? Wonderful.

In addition to that you...

• Speak British English fluently (ideally your mother tongue) and German (min. A2)
• Are a natural communicator and are comfortable using computers (esp. Office applications)
• Are happy to work different shifts (including some weekends)
• Are flexible and enjoy working in a team and
• Have a logical and methodical approach to problem solving
• Have a valid work permit for Austria

• Be the first point of contact for our customers
• Advise on our entire product range (No cold calling!)
• Process customer inquiries in alternating shifts
• Document customer data and provide customer support over the phone
